Warranty conditions for sandwich panels manufactured by Montana Panel Ltd.:

 Product Handling and Warranty Information

To ensure maximum product performance and service life, all sandwich panels must be transported, stored and installed according to the following guidelines.

Transportation

Sandwich panels must be transported in accordance with the weather. Unassembled panel structures must not be exposed to water!

Panels must be transported on stable, level surfaces and protected from excessive moisture and weather exposure.

Storage

Panels should be stored in dry conditions and protected from direct water contact.

Unassembled panel structures must never be exposed to standing water or prolonged moisture.

Installation

Correct installation procedures are essential for maintaining structural integrity and long-term performance.!

Improper handling, storage or installation may affect warranty coverage.

 Warranty conditions for sandwich panels manufactured by Montana Panel Ltd.:

 In accordance with the regulations of Government Decree 151/2003. (IX.22.) on mandatory warranties, we provide a 12-month warranty on our products as required by law.

Our company is solely responsible for manufacturing defects!

Its validity does not extend to: defects resulting from improper use or usage, deviations from the original color of the manufactured panels (painting, decals, etc.), and the resulting defects, panel structures manufactured in an inappropriate design, and the resulting defects (e.g. asymmetrical reinforcement), or the elements to be installed delivered by our customers and the defects resulting from their use, since the above-mentioned greatly influence the quality and aesthetic result of the finished panel.

Our company only guarantees to repair the defective panel – if in our opinion it is not feasible – to replace it! However, we do not assume financial responsibility for other costs incurred during the repair or possible replacement of the panel!

Repairs are only possible at the Montana Panel Kft. Jánosmajor location due to technical conditions.
